How does receipt scanning work?
Simply take a photo of your receipt using the app. Our AI analyzes the image and automatically extracts the merchant name, amount, date, and suggests a category. You can review and edit before saving.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 20 receipt scans per month, unlimited manual expense entry, budget tracking, and access to reports and insights. Perfect for individuals getting started with expense tracking.
How does family sharing work?
Premium users can create a family group and invite up to 5 members. Admins (parents) can see all expenses. Members (partners) share full visibility with each other. Children can only see their own expenses and budget progress.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
How do I access the web dashboard?
Premium users can access the web dashboard at tally-usa.com/dashboard. Log in with the same account you use in the app. The web dashboard is great for reviewing your finances on a larger screen.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Your receipt images are processed securely and you can delete them anytime. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Premium users can export their expense data to CSV or PDF format. This is great for tax purposes or importing into other financial tools.
What currencies are supported?
Tally currently supports USD. We're working on adding more currencies in future updates.
