We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your expense data at any time through the app. Receipt images are stored for 30 days by default and can be deleted immediately by you. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

You have the right to:

  • Export your data (CSV/PDF)
  • Delete your data and account
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Disable push notifications

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent using family sharing, you are responsible for your child's use of the service. Child accounts have limited visibility and cannot access other family members' data.

  • Firebase (Authentication, Push Notifications)
  • OpenAI (Receipt AI Processing)
  • RevenueCat (Subscription Management)
  • Google AdMob (Advertising for free users)
